The establishment of the North America Traditional Chinese Medicine Association (hereinafter referred to as NATCMA) aims to contribute to the dissemination and promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) worldwide, as well as to the modernization, globalization, and integration of TCM with modern medicine. NATCMA will engage in in-depth academic, cultural, and industrial exchanges with the global medical community. This marks a historic event and a significant milestone in the field of TCM. As the President of NATCMA, I feel a great sense of responsibility and a profound honor.
TCM is a treasure of the Chinese nation and the crystallization of its wisdom. For thousands of years, TCM has played a tremendous role in safeguarding the health of the people and has made an indelible contribution to the prosperity and strength of the Chinese nation. As time progresses, TCM continues to keep pace with the times, merging with modern medicine and making even greater contributions to the health of all humanity.
The establishment of NATCMA is aimed at promoting the global spread and advancement of TCM. We will disseminate the principles, techniques, and methods of TCM to the world through academic seminars, training workshops, exhibitions, and other forms, allowing more people to understand, recognize, and benefit from TCM. At the same time, we will also learn from and absorb advanced international experiences and technologies to promote the modernization and globalization of TCM.
NATCMA will also work towards promoting the integration of TCM with modern medicine. We will engage in comprehensive academic, cultural, and industrial exchanges with the global medical community to foster mutual understanding and integration between TCM and modern medicine, jointly exploring new paths and methods for human health. We believe that the integration of TCM and modern medicine will bring a broader development space and a brighter future to the cause of human health.
The establishment of NATCMA could not be achieved without the support and concern of people around the world and the advocates of TCM. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone! Thank you for your support and trust in NATCMA, and for your contributions to the development of the TCM cause. I also hope that everyone will continue to pay attention to and support the work of NATCMA, jointly contributing more wisdom and strength to the development of TCM.
